Cloud Engineer
Location: (HQ)Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain practical exposure to deploying and managing IP ServerOne’s cloud infrastructure, including Public and Private Cloud Platforms, fostering skills in cloud architecture and administration.
- Support in implementing cloud-based solutions for scalability, security, and performance, providing hands-on experience in optimizing cloud environments.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues, developing expertise in cloud technologies and tools.
- Deepen understanding of cloud computing concepts and practices, preparing for future roles in cloud engineering and architecture.
System Engineer
Location: (HQ)Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-On server and hardware management gaining practical experience from server installation to troubleshooting, handling real hardware, and mastering both the physical and software aspects of server and operating system engineering.
- Engage in research and development activities to explore advanced tools and technologies, fostering innovative problem-solving skills.
- Provide technical assistance to customers, enhancing communication and customer service skills in a technical environment.
- Participate in deploying Proof of Concept (POC) projects and solutions, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios and gaining project management skills.
Network Engineer
Location: (HQ)Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure which compose of variety of hardware ranging from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, and open-source solutions.
- Develop proficiency in network protocols (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN EVPN) and best practices implemented in Service Provider (SP) network, laying the foundation for a successful career in network engineering.
- Involve in the network automation development process using industry-leading tools such as Ansible, Terraform, GitHub by adopting DevOps culture and principles in network engineering.
Software Engineer / Application Developer (Backend)
Location: (HQ)Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and testing of backend features and APIs using Laravel 12 and PHP 8.4.
- Work closely with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into functional backend solutions.
- Apply backend development best practices, including coding standards, architecture patterns, and version control workflows.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of experienced developers. Participate in code reviews and continuous integration processes to enhance code quality.
- Gain practical experience working with real-world backend systems in a collaborative and agile development environment.
Data Center Engineer
Location: (DC)Cyberjaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop hands-on experience in managing and maintaining data center facilities, providing insights into power distribution, cooling systems, and environmental monitoring.
- Gain practical skills in installing and configuring server hardware, network equipment, and storage systems, offering a deeper understanding of data center infrastructure.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to troubleshoot and resolve data center issues, honing problem-solving abilities in real-world scenarios.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of data center technologies and best practices, enhancing the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure.
Marketing Team
Location: (HQ) Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets to inform effective marketing strategies.
- Support the implementation and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and Google Ads.
- Provide administrative assistance, manage website or product updates, and contribute to the organization of marketing events and projects.
