IP ServerOne Customer Stories

After several years we hosted our Server in a company in KL we decided to look for a better hosting company. I had shortlisted 10 companies in Malaysia and analysed them one by one in the aspect of hardware provided, data center facility, support and office location. Therefore I decided to try IPserverOne. My first contact was Carol and I informed her about my requirements. After knowing my needs, she responded quickly in arranging marketing team Kelvin to contact me. The first meeting with Kelvin and David from provisioning team was very fruithful. They introduced me the packages available and recommended the best package for my system. WIth their efficient online ordering system, the quotation of my package choice with additional optional features was presented to me fast and precise. WIth good package and price offered by Kelvin, I confirmed the order on the spot. Due to the complexity of our system, the migration works need to be carried out in great care. I am glad to have David helping us in all stages from the planning, executing and commisioning. He also provided wonderful support on stabilising our system during the migration period. I am glad to have selecting IPserverOne company for our hosting choice and feeling comfortable working with these young, aggresive and skillfull teammates in this organisation.
