Job Description
Responsibilities
- Gather, review and verify invoices and cheques requisition;
- Keep track records for payment and expenditures including purchase orders, invoices, statements;
- Enter invoices’ information into accounting system;
- Prepare payment voucher;
- Custom clearance submission;
- Process staff claim by verifying expenses reports, update system and prepare payment;
- Perform reconciliation by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances;
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is made on timely manner;
- Handle vendors’ enquiry on payment matters;
- Prepare account analysis and generate monthly reports;
- Maintain proper and up-to-date records;
- Assist in administrative works include dispatch and courier services;
- Perform other duties or task as and required.

Qualification Requirement:
- Diploma in Accounting / Finance or relevant qualification
- Possess basic book keeping and accounting knowledge
- Minimum 1 year’s account payable experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
